ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS - WATER UP 4 INCHES FROM LAST WINTER The Lake Superior Board of Control continues excessive discharge from Lake Superior to Lake Michigan-Huron.   According to a ROWI estimate, L. Superior would be 8 in. lower if the Canadian Long Lac/Ogoki diversions into L.
