Water levels are rising right now - that's normal. In June, L. Superior was up 4.7 in. L. Michigan-Huron was up 1.9 in. All Great Lakes are at or below average temperatures for summer. Except for L. Superior which last June was 63◦F, 16◦F warmer. Lake Erie heats up fastest because of its shallow nature, plus it’s further south than the other Great Lakes.  Continue reading
