TNN BEACH RETROSPECTIVE FROM 2003 TO 2025. We all know East Bay beaches come and go as water levels rise and fall over decades. Sometimes we carry our grandkids to visit the ‘sea’- at other times we protect them from breaking surf. TNN has walked the beach for over 50 years and documented beach walks from 2003-2025. A photo history documents water level conditions for each year. The all-time high was in 1986 at 582.35 feet above sea level; the record low was 576.15 feet in 2013.
